Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of provolone cheese
  • ½ cup basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Dispose chicken breasts into a baking dish.
  3. Top each chicken breast with basil leaves.
  4. Cover each chicken breast with a slice of provolone cheese
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is not pink anymore and cheese is golden and crispy.

 

Note

You can add a slice of prosciutto to add even more flavor to your chicken provolone.
