Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices of provolone cheese
- ½ cup basil leaves
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Dispose chicken breasts into a baking dish.
- Top each chicken breast with basil leaves.
- Cover each chicken breast with a slice of provolone cheese
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is not pink anymore and cheese is golden and crispy.
Note
You can add a slice of prosciutto to add even more flavor to your chicken provolone.
