Lemon-Basil Grilled Shrimps

Ingredients
- 1 lb raw shrimps
- ½ cup basil leaves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 clove garlic
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Combine the basil, mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Add the shrimps and stir until well coated with mix.
- Place the shrimps into a medium skillet and grill for 5 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink.
Notes
You can also stick 3-4 shrimps on a skewer. This will make a delicious appetizer!
