Ingredients

  • 1 lb raw shrimps
  • ½ cup basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

 

Directions

  1. Combine the basil, mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper and mix well.
  2. Add the shrimps and stir until well coated with mix.
  3. Place the shrimps into a medium skillet and grill for 5 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink.

 

Notes

You can also stick 3-4 shrimps on a skewer. This will make a delicious appetizer!
